Joi Choi is a popular variety of Pak Choy known scientifically as Brassica rapa. This variety is prized for its robust, juicy stems and dark green leaves. Ideal for Asian-inspired dishes, it offers a mild, succulent taste and holds up well to cooking.

Planting Time:
