Growing Zones: Suitable for Zone 5 in Canada.
Planting Time: Plant in late spring after the last frost.
Sun Requirements: Full sun exposure is ideal for healthy growth.
Soil Preparation/Fertilizing: Use well-drained, loamy soil enriched with organic matter; fertilize during the growing season with a balanced fertilizer.
Spacing: Space plants 18-24 inches apart to allow for adequate growth.
Watering: Keep the soil consistently moist, but avoid waterlogging; water deeply once a week.
Days to Harvest: Approximately 100-120 days from planting.
Harvest: Cut stalks at the base when they reach 12-18 inches tall, leaving several inches to allow for regrowth.
