Growing Zones Range: Zone 5 Canada
Planting Time: Start seeds indoors in early spring, or sow directly in the garden after the last frost date.
Sun Requirements: Full sun, ideally 6-8 hours of direct sunlight daily.
Soil Preparation/Fertilizing: Prepare well-drained, loamy soil with a pH of 6.0-6.8. Incorporate compost or a balanced fertilizer into the soil before planting.
Spacing: Space plants about 4-6 inches apart in rows that are 12-18 inches apart.
